Ax facts & Stats vol. 42: Fivespeed's Matt Turner, Jesse Lacross & Brad Cole

Happy New Year to all of you! It’s a new year and we are here to bring you all scores of new installments of “Ax Facts & Stats” and we’re going to start the year off right. In this interview, we are very proud to introduce you to Jesse Lacross, Matt Turner and Brad Cole of the band Fivespeed. This Arizona based band’s Virgin Records debut “Morning Over Midnight” is due for release on January 24th, 2006 and I have to tell you that this is one great album! This album is filled with first-class tracks that merge punk, metal and even pop; the perfect blend of command, confidence, melody and a musical diversity that is not found in many of today’s hard rock bands. Fivespeed is no stranger to you bona fide rock fans as you may have caught them on the road touring with Finch, Blindside, Jimmy Eat World, Breaking Benjamin, From Autumn to Ashes as well as the hitting the stage at the 2002 and 2005 Vans Warped Tours. Check out the new album and catch them live when they hit your city as they are going to be touring extensively in support of Morning Over Midnight. You won’t be disappointed!
